Zawaya Design aluminum and glass is looking for an Accountant.

Qualification: BBA/MBA Finance or any relevant degree.

Experience: experience as an Accountant in Construction company in UAE.

Prefer to Have knowledge in Odoo ERP system .

We are loking only for arabic men candidates .

Accounting Duties:

• Processes and posts journal entries for transactions accurately with appropriate supporting information/documents.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheet, income statements, cash flow.
• Monthly reconciliation of cash and bank accounts, credit cards, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Calculate and file UAE VAT, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Perform internal audits to verify financial data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare required financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Prepare Proforma and Tax invoices.
• Payroll management, prepare salaries in compliance with WPS.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations for cash management.
• Assist in financial analysis, including cost analysis and profitability assessment.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
