General Accountant
Job Description
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a F&B Accountant (reuired Male Only )for a Coffee Shop (Cartel Coffee Roasters) Chain in UAE
• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain financial records
• Ensure timely Vendor Reconciliation, Bank payments and WPS payroll processing.
• Daily preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements, Cash flow statement. Daily Cash ,credit card and other (aggregators ) mode of payment reconciliation
• Recipe Costing and monthly closing Inventory
• Maintaining Branch wise Petty cash record and update in software.
• Quarterly Working on VAT/Taxation and Ensure that VAT input and output ledgers are properly maintained
• ADHOC Requirements and cost Allocation. Prepare/post month end accrual/prepayment entries based on Prepayment Schedules (Rent, Insurance etc)
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations and auditing standards
• Assist to Finance Consultant and Managing Director to provide the accurate Data.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
F&B EXPERENCE IS MUST
Salary 4500AED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,400.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Education:
• Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
• accounting (F&B): 5 years (Preferred)
