Role - GenAI Business Analyst Experience- 7+ years Work location- Qatar & Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: o Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., business users, managers, clients) to gather, document, and analyse business requirements. Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions to business challenges. Use techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements and understand business processes. Documentation: o Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirements documents (FRD), and use cases. Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual documentation to represent business processes and system interactions. Solution Design & Validation: o Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. o Participate in solution design and ensure that the proposed solutions align with business goals. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are understood and addressed. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle. Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in the development of test cases and testing strategies to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements. Validate the final product or solution to confirm that it meets the business needs and requirements Experience in validation of Chatbots and GenAI projects Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse business data to provide insights and support decision-making. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress. o Identify and measure KPIs for chatbots. Project Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and post-implementation review. Participate in project planning, scoping, and scheduling activities to ensure that business requirements are considered. Technical requirements Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and document requirements. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software development processes, Generative AI projects, database concepts, and tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms. Process Modelling: Proficiency in creating process models and diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools. Schedule: Full-time Travel: No
