Job Description

Job Title: GCC and Africa GROUP HR Location: United Arab Emirates Job type: Full time Objectives: HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures and will be responsible for administrative tasks, establish and re-organize the company\xe2\x80\x99s new protocols for proper corporate functioning. Support and implement restructuring activities. Function as backup PRO when required. Work closely with the group integrity office and external audit and consulting teams. Responsibilities & Tasks: -

  • Thrives in unstructured and regional corporate restructuring and consolidation work environments: helping to restructure unorganized projects in transition, departments, internal clients, and environment;
  • Interested to develop other GCC regulatory knowledge and expertise. Existing knowledge and expertise, are a distinct advantage;
  • Manage local HR offices and PRO;
  • Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks: ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date;
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving WPS payment issues;
  • Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts;
  • Coordinating with the PRO and immigration department regarding employment visas and other related works;
  • Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records;
  • Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods;
  • Assist in performance management processes;
  • Manpower Budgeting & Planning;
  • Resolves escalated employee grievances, employee relation issues, and complaints and conducts investigations in compliance with legal requirements;
  • Ensure that the company complies with the UAE Labour Laws and Regulations.
Minimum Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience:
  • Certification in HR/business administration or relevant field;
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training, development, etc);
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures;
  • 5 or more years of experience in an HR role.
Other Skills:
  • Ability to speak and Write ARABIC and ENGLISH Fluently. Asian, Hebrew, and/or Slavic languages have a distinct advantage. Other languages are a plus;
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Positive attitude, patience, KPI-focused and goal-oriented;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to problem-solve issues;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook specifically), and database uses;
  • Must be honest, report immediate issues, and be able to meet deadlines;
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Willingness to accommodate requests for support outside of regular business hours on occasion, with appropriate notice;
