Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary?


We are looking for dynamic and experienced Gate Managers to work on four high profile shows in the heart of Abu Dhabi.



You will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless entry experience, ensuring the entry process is smooth and efficient for all attendees.


As the first point of contact, you'll lead a team of gate stewards, security and scanning staff.




RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports into the Event Manager; will also take direction from the Event Director
• Work with security & police to ensure prohibited items are not brought into the event
• Oversee queue management
• Liaise with Management and Event Control regarding crowd movements, and collect data on the ingress flow rate
• Escalate any issues to the event management team

ABOUT YOU



• Proven experience in event operations, this could include experience in accreditation, ticketing, security management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Calm approach under pressure.

7th, 8th and 9th, 11th, 12th and 14th January 2025

You must be available for all dates

RATE



250 per day.

LOCATION

Abu Dhabi, UAE

ACCOMMODATION


Accommodation is not provided, therefore we will only accept applicants that are local to Abu Dhabi and / or are happy to commute to site each day.

CATERING


Catering is provided on-site or PDs will be issued
