Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Garment Technologist Sales Manager with a strong background in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech qualification, a valid driving license, and be both smart and influential. This role involves managing sales teams, developing strategies to drive sales, and acting as a key influencer in the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the garment industry.
- Present and explain garment manufacturing processes and technical details to clients, ensuring they understand product specifications and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions through the company\'s product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Travel to meet clients as required, utilizing a valid driving license.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the garment industry, with a focus on sales and technical aspects.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Smart, professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
