Job Description

Job Summary

• Complete Merchandiser Responsibility -right from development to execution of the order.
• To ensure all the approval as per the client process in time.
• To ensure all the critical path are accurately updated and sent on weekly basis after the approval of Business manager on time.
• To ensure all the fabric/trims are booked immediately and must be in house 30 days before the Ex-factory date of an order.
• To ensure all the sealer samples /gpt/ fpt and trim card /bulk fabric is approved -at least 30 days before the ex-fty date order.
• To respond to all clients mail within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the mail.
• To maintain full clear record of all the orders and approved fabric/ trims and all kind of samples developed. Initial/ fits/ sealer samples for future references.
• To check all the samples physically after getting it approved by the sample department and to send the sample with Audit sheet.
• To achieve 100% satisfaction services record from the Client.
