Job Summary:The Garde Manger / Pantry Chef will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, responsible for preparing and presenting cold dishes, salads, and appetizers. This position requires a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and appetizers with creativity and attention to detail.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance the menu with innovative and appealing cold dishes.
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu. Kitchen Organization :Maintain a clean and organized garde manger station.
Efficiently manage inventory, including ordering and rotating stock. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination in food preparation and service.
Provide support to colleagues during peak hours. Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products to uphold the hotel\'s culinary standards.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Garde Manger or Pantry Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Creative flair and a passion for culinary arts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
