We are looking for a Garage Coordinator/ Workshop Supervisor to join our team and overseeing daily garage operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Our Requirements:-
1. Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
2. Strong technical knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures, with hands-on experience preferred.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members specially our Valued Customers.
4. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and make decisions under pressure.
5. Proficiency in using workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer software for maintenance and repair tasks.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the automotive industry.
Language: English, Hindi, Arabic.
