We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Garage Advisor for both heavy and light vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling both types of vehicles, with the ability to assess mechanical issues, provide expert advice to customers, and coordinate repairs effectively. Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers, evaluating their vehicles (both heavy and light) to diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Offer advice on necessary repairs, services, and maintenance for both heavy-duty trucks and light vehicles.
• Provide accurate and clear estimates for service costs, including labor, parts, and additional charges.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance services based on customer availability and garage capacity.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution of repairs and services.
• Address customer inquiries, providing technical explanations in simple terms and offering alternative solutions when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle repairs and services, ensuring all customer information is updated accurately.
• Oversee the workflow of garage operations to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Advise customers on regular vehicle maintenance, parts replacement, and safety checks.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulatory standards are followed during service procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Garage Advisor, Service Advisor, or in a similar automotive-related role (experience with both heavy and light vehicles is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of heavy and light vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ability to explain complex technical details in an easily understandable manner to customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal) are required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while managing customer expectations.
• Good understanding of garage operations and the ability to coordinate between customers and technicians.
• Basic computer proficiency (using service management software, MS Office, etc.).

Language Requirements :

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is required.
