We are now seeking a versatile Gaming PC Technician with expertise in social media and content creation to join our team and help grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair custom gaming PCs, ensuring top-notch performance and quality.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding gaming PCs and accessories.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing custom builds, gaming setups, and store promotions.
• Collaborate with influencers and gaming communities to promote our products and services.
• Plan and execute online promotions, giveaways, and contests to boost engagement and followers.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on gaming hardware trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Gaming PC Technician with a strong understanding of hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming community and culture.
• Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience in social media management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
