Embody the company in providing a clean and safe play environment to Adventureland customers
• Key responsibilities
• Participate during inventories and extend assistance when necessary during audits
• Ensure all game equipment have complete operating accessories to ensure optimum game experience and maximum revenue generation
• Participate in trainings provided by the company.
• Ensure high level of product knowledge
• Participate and assist during the orientation and training of newly recruited front liners to maintain an excellent operational standard in terms of customer service, salesmanship and safety
• Compliance to operating standards, discipline and behavioral guidelines for park operation
• Ensure direct compliance with health and safety commitment as set in the company health and safety policy
• Extend cooperation/communication between departments to achieve objective
• Familiarization of EN13814 for the implementation of applicable safety and operational standards
• Compliance to manufacturers specifications at all times and do not allow modification or other deviation from the original equipment specifications
• Participate in the implementation of marketing plans and strategies as issued by the marketing departments and provide regular feedback
• Assist the sales department in the management of tours, parties and other seasonal activities
• Handle customer conflict resolution and elevate if necessary
• Contribute ideas based on feedback obtained from customers and front liners.
• Keep abreast with the developments in Adventureland and be able to answer customer inquiries
• Constantly communicate with technical to maintain maximum up time of games, rides and attractions
• Communicate and provide feedback to purchasing, warehouse, IT and technical to ensure optimum operating environment
• Monitor and report any lease hold improvements or other capital works that may affect equipment or general availability of the store
• Cooperate with mall management and maintain good relations to the benefit of the company
• Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations related to operational, financial and other business transactions of the park
• Implement an efficient equipment set up and lay out for best revenue generation
• Monitor and ensure maximum equipment uptime through regular testing program and reporting system
• Implementation of standard operating procedures in the most effective operating method
• Attend and participate operations meeting on a regular basis
• Constant interaction of support functions to enable smooth operation of the park
• Properly assess physical and current condition of the assigned ride/work area/games prior to its operation by accomplishing a daily pre-operating checklist
• Ensure cleanliness of the assigned work area.
• Perform other duties required by his/her superior.
