Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking traditional Arabic dishes, particularly focusing on galabat. Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Ensuring timely and efficient food preparation. Managing kitchen inventory and ensuring ingredients are fresh and stocked. Collaborating with other chefs to create a seamless kitchen operation.

Requirements

:

Proven experience working in an Arabic restaurant. Knowledge of Arabic cuisine and culinary techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
