Partner with the best As the GaffneyCline Area Lead - South Gulf, you are responsible for activities and processes that help the GaffneyCline organization achieve the OFSE business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for: · Acting as GaffneyCline area focal point, and developing technical and commercial business relationships with clients from an early engagement stage to award. · Delivering GaffneyCline direct revenue targets for area/ country and developing a strong sales pipeline. The candidate will drive the full cycle in Salesforce (Deal machine) process. · Identifying main customer oil and gas field development challenges and focus on driving Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) solutions tethered to subsurface proof of concept/solution consultancy. · Being accountable for GaffneyCline direct revenue opportunities with pull-through for core OFS businesses. Ensuring that consultancy opportunities are focused on driving strategic projects for OFSE · Leading client meetings, and demonstrating GaffneyCline reservoir subsurface consulting capabilities and value. · Providing adequate technical and commercial due diligence support for OFSE tenders and proposals. · Preparing technical and commercial proposals to lead GaffneyCline tenders activities. The role will be the primary focal point in coordinating the formulation of said proposals. · Recognizing customer challenges, proposing and recommending solutions that contain GaffneyCline's advisory services, higher value generating solutions, including cross-product line collaboration, for both the customer and Baker Hughes. · Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. · Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a Bachelor's Degree in Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering or other Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years experience in Oil & Gas Subsurface business. · Have experience in the oil and gas subsurface consulting business or with operator subsurface division, as well as demonstrate a broad understanding of Oilfield Services and Equipment business. · Have experience in sales & commercial processes and be able to demonstrate understanding in different operator/service company commercial engagements · Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills · Display excellent communications skills in English, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels · Be able to travel nationally and internationally to work with customers on-site · Be able to work in diverse teams and bridge gaps in understanding amongst team members of different technical disciplines.
