Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced G+4 DM Approved Civil Engineer with extensive onsite experience in residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project execution in the UAE, along with a valid UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the construction activities for G+4 residential projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and standards.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including updates on progress, costs, and any issues encountered.
• Address and resolve any technical or operational challenges onsite.
• Ensure all project activities comply with DM and other local authority requirements.
• Supervise site engineers and other construction personnel to ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements :

• DM Approval : G+4 certification is Preferred / Eligible to apply.
• Experience : Minimum 4 years of onsite experience in residential construction projects within the UAE.
• Driving License : Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working on high-rise residential projects.
• Familiarity with advanced construction techniques and sustainable practices.
