Civil Engineer with DM G+4

:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse construction projects and securing Dubai Municipality G+4 approvals. This role requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality G+4 regulations and secure necessary .

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

- Supervise site inspections and quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications.

- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and clients.

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Utilize project management software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

•Qualifications: •

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

- Proven experience in securing Dubai Municipality G+4 approvals.

- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
