Roles and Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and sew fabric to fit furniture pieces.
Remove old fabric and padding from furniture.
Install padding and fabric onto furniture using hand tools or sewing machines.
Assist in selecting appropriate fabrics, patterns, and materials for each project.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety guidelines and practices.
Stay updated on new upholstery techniques and trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

5 years experienced sofa manufacturing including foam cutting, Dacron filling , stitching and upholstery fixing
Proven experience in furniture upholstery.
Knowledge of different upholstery materials and techniques.
Ability to use sewing machines and hand tools effectively.
Attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting fabric.
Strong problem-solving skills to repair furniture.
Good communication skills to interact with clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy furniture.
