•Job Summary:•

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Salesman to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect furniture to meet their needs. As a Furniture Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an attractive showroom.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- •Sales and Customer Service:•

- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.

- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture.

- Provide detailed information about products, including features, materials, and care instructions.

- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and close sales efficiently.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.

- •Showroom Maintenance:•

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Arrange and display furniture to maximize sales and create an inviting shopping environment.

- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the management.

- Assist in setting up and taking down promotional displays.

- •Sales Targets and Reporting:•

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and competitors' activities.

- •Team Collaboration:•

- Work closely with other sales team members to achieve collective goals.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate furniture delivery to customers.

•Qualifications:•

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or interior design is a plus.

- Proven experience in furniture sales or a related retail environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Basic knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and construction.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
