Job Description

As a Sales Representative in the furniture industry, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of furniture products by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will represent the company's brand, showcase the quality and features of furniture products, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of furniture trends, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Actively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote furniture products and achieve sales targets. Utilize various sales techniques to identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's furniture product range, including materials, features, and customization options. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.
• Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to sales by understanding clients' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Offer personalized solutions and product configurations that align with the client's needs and enhance their shopping experience.
• Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for clients based on their specifications and preferences. Clearly communicate pricing, discounts, and payment terms to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery to clients. Verify order details, track shipment status, and address any logistical challenges that may arise.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, emerging trends, and customer preferences. Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales volumes, and revenue generated. Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in UAE sales, must be in furniture industry or a related field.
• Experience in Production House of Furniture, Skills in Interior and Furniture designing would be preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sound negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during peak sales periods.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English

Salary AED 3000 - AED 4000 + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
