Job Responsibilities:
• Familiarize yourself with and strictly follow the home sales service process and work standards, establishing long-term, stable relationships with customers while providing personalized soft decoration custom furniture, high-end porcelain, and custom home decoration services.
• Actively participate in various sales training organized by the company, continuously learn and master product knowledge, matching skills, and professional skills in exhibition display to enhance customer service experience.
• Responsible for comprehensive management of customer information, including accurate recording of customer needs, sales follow-up, after-sales service, and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as proactively developing and expanding new customer resources.
• Be able to withstand work pressure and respond flexibly in the face of diverse sales scenarios and customer needs, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Manage the exhibition area on the floor, including updating sample displays, accurately maintaining product labels, and ensuring the environment is clean and aesthetically pleasing to provide a good shopping experience.
• Actively participate in teamwork, cooperate with the work arrangements of superiors, and complete other tasks and goals assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
• A college degree or above, with up to 2 years of experience in furniture, home goods, or luxury goods sales; familiarity with high-end custom product sales processes is preferred.
• Good professional image and etiquette, with excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, able to provide professional advice and solutions to customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively integrate into the team and promote teamwork to achieve sales targets together.
• Strong execution ability, responsible, innovative, willing to try and apply different sales strategies and methods.
• Experience in marketing and promotion using social media platforms, able to expand brand influence and boost sales through online channels.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), capable of accurately grasping customer needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages (such as Arabic or Russian) is preferred to better serve a diverse international clientele.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
