Position: Furniture Production Manager

Location: Al Sajaa, Sharjah

About Us:

Al Subaiha Furniture is a leading furniture manufacturing factory dedicated to creating high-quality and premium furniture products for both residential & commercial spaces. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Furniture Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire furniture production process, from planning to final delivery.
• Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, sales and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to maintain optimal workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management, materials, and processes in furniture manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control standards.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
