We are looking for interior designers to join our team,

candidate must have 3+ years of extensive experience in high-end residential , commercial & hospitality interiors, from concept to completion including delivery of highly detailed rendering, understanding details, and providing solutions as well as client-facing with a strong personality and decision making. candidates must have experience in 3dsMax ,AutoCAD & photoshop

Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in architecture interior design.
• Software Skills : Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Design Skills : Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in 3D rendering software
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects.
• Ability to create realistic and high quality renders

Responsibilities:

Meeting With Clients and Determining their needs and requirements

Managing Design Projects from Concept Development through to completion

Developing and Presenting Project Proposals

Adjusting designs and plans to meet the Client's needs

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously

Strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors

• Prepare Furniture and interior layout
• Work on the Furniture selection
• Prepare drawings and BOQ
