Job Description

Furniture Finishing carpenter

1. Prepare wood structures for finishing by shaping and trimming with hand or power tools

2. Take measurements to develop suitable layout for a fixture

3. Assemble wooden components to fabricate useful structures such as desks, and shelve

4. Carry out cost and quantity estimates of raw materials required for a finishing project

5. Select choice materials needed for the tweaking of wooden fixtures

6. Design, build, and install cabinets for new and refurbished homes/offices

7. Carry out measurement and installation of wooden floorings

8. Provide varnishing and staining service for woodwork

9. Guide and direct the activities of interns and trainee finish carpenters

10. Implement safety and health regulations during work operations to ensure environmentally 11.

11. friendly and safe structure

12. Level and shim door frames during a door hanging process

13. Install and repair trim on windows, baseboards, and mantels.

Requirement:

- Experience 4 Yrs

- Age below 30 Years

- Able to speak Hindi / English

- Team Player and trustworthy

- Able to work under pressure

- Willing to locate in Um Al Quwain.

Benefits

- Salary Range: AED 1400 to 1700 + Accommodation + Transport

- Working Hours ( 7:30am to 4:30pm, Mon to Sat, Friday Half Day work)
