- Managing workers: Leading and supervising the production team, including carpenters, painters, and other workers in the factory
- Quality control: Ensure the quality and finishing of all work before delivering it to the site.
- Purchasing materials: coordinating factory purchases with suppliers.
- Production Planning: Developing the production schedule and workflow and coordinating them with the delivery schedule.
- Follow up on the receipt schedule: Coordinate with the company's points of sale to ensure that all orders are delivered as promised.
- Problem solving: the ability to make decisions and discover and solve production problems.
- Documentation of production: Documentation of production stages with customer orders within the company's system.
- Computer use: Ability to use basic computer programs such as Office and Autocad
. At least 5 years of experience in the field of carpentry, woodworking, or the like is required
