The

Carpenter Supervisor

will manage a team of carpenters, oversee projects, ensure safety and quality standards, and communicate with clients. You will play a key role in scheduling, resource management, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of carpenters. Manage carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion. Develop work schedules and ensure efficient resource use. Communicate with clients, contractors, and designers to address project needs. Enforce safety regulations and ensure team compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during projects.

Qualifications:

Proven carpentry experience, with at least [3+] years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
