Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assembly Team Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be engaged with customers, deliver furniture, and assist with home installations. You will also be responsible for assembling and installing various furniture products at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and requirements, providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.

Plan and execute the timely delivery of furniture to customers' homes, ensuring safe handling and transportation.

Assist furniture installation technician with the assembly and installation of furniture, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Identify and clarify customer requirements prior to delivery, ensuring that all expectations are met.

Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery or installation process, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and installation feedback for quality control and future reference.

Follow all safety protocols and regulations during transportation and installation of furniture.

Work closely with warehouse staff and other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring safety for yourself and others on the road.

Job Specification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in furniture assembly/installation is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, delivery, or furniture installation roles preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture items, as well as perform manual labor as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Available to work in flexible shifts.
• Time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Can speak in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
