Job Responsibilities
Providing support to stations in configuring system related functionalities
Maintaining system related functionalities setup
Troubleshooting reported bugs on production and teaming up with the development team to regenerate scenarios, fix, test and deploy
Gathering requirements from stakeholders and acting as a link between the stakeholders and the development team
Teaming up with development team on documenting, solutioning, testing, and deploying changes
Providing needed reports to stakeholders
Job Requirements
0-3 Years in the same field
Bachelor in Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering
Team player
Excellent command in English
Excellent Communication skills
