Functional Architect:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for Retail and Food & Beverages operations, collaborating closely with implementation partner to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for Oracle Retail Cloud & Simphony. Provide guidance and support to business,earns in process design, process improvement, and process management of Retail operations including inventory manag ment, supply chain, warehouse management, sales processes, eCommerce and Point of sales. Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Retail Cloud & MICROS Simphony. Validate solutions provided by the implementation partner and ensure that the solution meets business expectations Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Retail Cloud & Simphony with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, other enterprise systems and applications. Identifying areas where the standard Cloud ERP functionality does not meet business needs and suggest workaround where ever possible or defining the necessary customizations. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate business users and team members on Cloud ERP functionalities. Develop and enforce quality assurance processes for all stages of the ERP implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring solution meets business requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow and configuration guides to support ongoing operations and future upgrades. Manage relationships with implementation partner and Oracle Product vendor, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and meet project timelines. Lead the troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony applications to ensure smooth operation of the ERP system. Stay up-to-date with the latest Cloud ERP updates and trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Support the change management efforts of the ERP Transformation project team by working closely with business stakeholders and change management teams within Retail streams. Supporting in setting up the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Oracle Cloud ERP within the organization for Retail and Food & Beverages domain, defining best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement strategies. Preferred: Retail industry experience. Professional Certifications in Oracle Retail Cloud and Simphony. Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery/lTIL in a regulated environment Job Specific Skills: Essential: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud Store Operations, Retail Planning, Or.der Management, Merchandising Operations, Customer Engagement, POS, B2B Portal, Supply Chain (including Demand planning) and Warehouse Management. In-depth knowledge of MICROS Simphony, including POS, KOS, Inventory Management, Promotions and Payment Interface. Command of English language Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to design effective ERP solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring teams Strong documentation skills required as part of ERP processes.
