The dietitian interviewers are responsible for conducting 24-hour food recalls from members of Emirati and non-Emirati households (adults, children, and adolescents) in the homes of the participating families \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer questionnaires to the survey participants \xe2\x80\xa2Measure the height and weight of two members from each household

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition or closely related field \xe2\x80\xa2Native Arabic speakers and Fluency in English \xe2\x80\xa2Strong interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2Computer skills \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to use nutrition software

Preferred Qualification

United Arab Emirates University
