Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .Net Core and Flutter/.MAUI development, with React being a preferred skill. The ideal candidate should be capable of building and maintaining web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative software solutions, improve user experience, and drive technological advancements within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using .Net Core, .MAUI or Flutter, & React .
• API Integration: Develop, maintain, and integrate APIs to connect with various internal and external systems, including real estate CRM/ERP platforms.
• User Interface Development: Work on creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring smooth functionality across platforms.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and ensure the use of best practices in development.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Real Estate Tech: Work on developing features tailored for the real estate industry, such as property management modules, sales platforms, and mobile applications for property listings.
• Testing & Debugging: Ensure software quality by writing unit and integration tests and actively participating in debugging and performance optimization.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and continuously improve development practices and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with .Net Core, .MAUI or Flutter.
• Knowledge of React and experience in developing front-end applications.
• Experience working with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, scalable code and perform effective code reviews.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in the real estate industry or working on real estate-related applications.
• Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM/ERP systems and integrations.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how they apply to mobile and web applications.
• Full-stack experience with both front-end and back-end technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
