Pure Minds Academy is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to inspiring and educating the next generation of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) leaders. We are passionate about providing hands-on, engaging STEM experiences to students of all ages, and we're looking for a talented STEM Trainer to join our team.

As a STEM Trainer at Pure Minds Academy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality STEM education programs to students, educators, and community groups. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of learners and inspire them to pursue careers in STEM fields. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering STEM workshops, classes, and training programs.
• Developing engaging curriculum and educational materials for STEM subjects.
• Conducting hands-on experiments and activities to demonstrate STEM concepts.
• Providing guidance and support to students and participants.
• Collaborating with educators to integrate STEM into school curricula.
• Staying updated on the latest developments in STEM fields.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of STEM programs and making improvements.
• Participating in outreach and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Experience in Python programming, 3D designing using Fusion 360 or similar software, Arduino programming.
• Previous experience in Robotics, programming, and STEM education or training, preferably in a teaching or instructional role.
• Strong passion for STEM subjects and a desire to inspire others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Experience with educational technology and tools like AI, app building, web designing is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working with students of all ages and backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
