Job Title: Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly with WordPress, and a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires the ability to create and design modern themes, develop different pages for various main subjects, perform SEO and backlinking tasks, and manage social media awareness and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Development:
- Develop, design, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Create different pages to highlight various main subjects, ensuring each page is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Design and implement modern themes that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
2. SEO and Backlinking:
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Develop and execute backlinking strategies to increase domain authority and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement.
- Manage and update social media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, graphics, and videos, to support marketing campaigns.
4. Social Media Management:
- Monitor social media trends and integrate relevant insights into the company's digital marketing strategy.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and reach.
5. Content Creation:
- Produce compelling and creative content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication and promotion of content.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Web Developer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, including theme development and customization.
- Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and backlinking strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
- Strong content creation and graphic design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of social media advertising and PPC campaigns.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
