As a Full Stack Developer at Prismecs, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy robust applications. You will be responsible for taking the lead on new projects, ensuring high code quality, and optimizing application performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating innovative solutions, embraces agile methodologies, and is committed to continuous learning. Responsibilities Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale. Utilize your expertise in Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, JavaScript, Laravel, etc., to develop new features and infrastructure. Collaborate with designers, front-end engineers, and back-end engineers to create reliable APIs. Engage in cross-functional collaboration across time zones using tools such as Slack, GitHub, and videoconferencing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering. Minimum of one year of experience in building large-scale software applications. Proven experience in designing and building web applications. Strong knowledge of Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, JavaScript, Laravel, etc. Ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs. Excellent debugging and optimization skills. Experience in unit/integration testing. Demonstrated interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies. Professional certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
