Job Title - Software Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Design and implement APIs and services to support new and existing features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to ongoing development.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of system design principles and ability to implement the concepts during problem solving.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Take full ownership of the task in hand and ensure end-to-end completion of the task in due time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and related frameworks like Adonis JS, Express JS and others.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases. SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, and MVC Framework.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with creating automated CI/CD pipelines.
