We are a fintech startup in the pre-seed phase, seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in fintech/neo-banking to join our team. : The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing the front and back end of the app and maintaining our financial software products, ensuring they meet high standards of scalability, reliability, and user-friendliness. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for fintech innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment. The position will may require some business travel. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for both front-end and back-end applications.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for full-stack development.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across different platforms.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs in both front-end and back-end codebases.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation for seamless deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in full-stack development and fintech.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices for full-stack development.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with fintech regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs.
  • Experience in managing a development team.
Skills:
  • Experience with financial systems, payment processing, or similar fintech solutions, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and work under the pressures of a startup environment.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
  • Knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development.
Years of Experience: at least 3 years of full time experience in front and back end app development, preferably within the fintech sector. Salary: 10,000 AED/month Position: full time, in office position. 90 day probationary period. Signing of NDA is required. Application Process:
