• Ability to train new team members and develop departmental growth and strategic development plans, with strong execution and proactive thinking.
• Extensive industry experience in home decor and soft furnishings design.
• Effectively build and develop the design team in Foshan from the ground up (0 to 1), in alignment with the company's brand-customized strategy.
• Lead and manage the design team to ensure that design work aligns with the brand's image and objectives.
• Guide the work of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, inspiring the team to generate compelling creative concepts.
• After probation, potential opportunity for company-sponsored attendance at world-renowned exhibitions to broaden horizons and stay updated on cutting-edge design trends.
• Key Focus: Director's attention will be on the quality, originality, and alignment of space content with brand strategy.
• Creative Leadership: Ability to inspire team creativity and propose innovative design concepts.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
• Over ten years of work experience in the interior design field, with at least three years in design team leadership or project management.
• Excellent soft furnishing design skills, with a strong ability to use color, materials, and shapes to enhance the quality and aesthetic of spaces.
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• In-depth understanding and continuous research on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
