Job Description

Picking and pack products required to fulfil customer orders
Safely packaging customer orders for shipment

Double-checking shipment contents against orders to ensure accuracy

Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities

Updating the inventory tracking system with order information

Ensure the accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments

Identify opportunities for process improvements

Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock availability

Implement and maintain efficient fulfilment processes and procedures

Assist in the development and implementation of fulfilment strategies

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of fulfilment facilities

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Receive orders from factory and arrange them in their relative shelves Prepare B2B orders Support other logistics and supply chain activities as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment or a similar role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reading and interpreting written work orders Basic knowledge of MS Excel Ability to stand for long periods of time Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Attention to details Ability to lift heavy objects Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
