Fulfillment Officer (Cosmetics production factory)- Ras Al Khaimah

Job responsibilities:

Picking and packing products required to fulfill customer orders

? Safely packaging customer orders for shipment

? Double-checking shipment contents against orders to ensure accuracy

? Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities

? Updating the inventory tracking system with order information

? Ensure the accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments

? Identify opportunities for process improvements

? Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock availability

? Implement and maintain efficient fulfilment processes and procedures

? Assist in the development and implementation of fulfilment strategies

? Ensure the safe and efficient operation of fulfilment facilities

? Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

? Receive orders from factory and arrange them in their relative shelves

? Prepare B2B orders

? Support other logistics and supply chain activities as needed

Requirements

? Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment or a similar role

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Reading and interpreting written work orders

? Basic knowledge of MS Excel

? Ability to stand for long periods of time

? Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

? Attention to details

? Ability to lift heavy objects

? Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,750.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
