:JOB PURPOSE:To undertake a variety of tasks related to Fuel Sales Forecourt, serving customers with the correct quantity and quality/ specification of fuel for their vehicles, operating in a safe and efficient manner and providing quality service and best customer care to all ADNOC Distribution customers.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESJob Specific AccountabilitiesFuelling Operations

• Attends the fuel sales forecourt area and guides the customer vehicles to the fuel dispensing pumps.

• Greets the customers at the pump, asks and understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.

• Educate the customer if required about the premium and self service option of ADNOC Distribution, benefits of Super category fuels in comparison to normal.

• Operates the fuel-dispensing pump to dispense the required quantity of specified fuel. Monitors the filling process and cleans vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s rear and front windscreens.

• Receives the payment at the end of the filling process and gives receipt if requested. Settles credit card, coupon payments as per the set procedures.

• Offer other additional services available at the filling station such as oil change, tyre pressure check, batter and radiator water check etc. Advice customer regarding any promotional products and special offers.

• Ensure all necessary care and best quality service in dealing with customers. Thanks, and bids farewell to the customers before they leave the forecourt area.

• Assist SS Manager and other team members as required. Performs other related duties as and when assigned by the Asst. Manager/ Manager SS.

Maintenance Management

• Maintains clean and hazard free site premises, facilities and equipment.

• Checks the fuel dispensing pumps and filling equipments daily and carries out first level preventive maintenance.

• Informs Asst Manager/ Manager Service Station of any products/ parts supply requirements, repair/ maintenance needs etc. prepares stores requisition orders for SS Manager approval

RequirementsMinimum Qualification

• Completion of Secondary School Education, commerce studies is preferred Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience as Fuel Attendant

Physical EffortDuties involved physical efforts associated with prevailing weather conditions, as most of work time is spent in the field (standing, walking, climbing, lifting, pulling, bending, driving, etc..)Work Environment\xe2\x80\x8bMost of work time is spent in the field. May be exposed to dust, oil, gas evaporation, and prevailing weather conditions.
