Job Description
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and a passion for harvesting quality fruit. The ideal candidate must be reliable, able to work independently, and demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Identify, select and pick ready to harvest fruits according to established standards
- Manage harvesting workload efficiently and accurately
- Greenhouse and field harvesting as needed
- Provide timely and accurate rep\xe2\x9c\x94t to supervisor regarding progress and quality of crop
- Follow safe work practices at all times while performing duties
- Operate, maintain, and clean harvesting tools and equipment
- Any other assigned duties as needed
- Must be physically fit to perform the job duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work in shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Excellent eye-hand coordination
- Knowledge and understanding of horticulture and agriculture
- Previous experience in harvesting is a plus, but not required
