The Role
Tier 1 Customer Service Representatives handle issues and answer questions. By creating positive interactions, you must increase the number of sales and improve customer satisfaction. You must excel in customer service and result in positive customer reviews and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: o Handle customer complaints. o Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. o Follow up to ensure resolution. o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. o Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Note: This position is exclusively for candidates based in the UAE, preferably those on a visit visa or who have a canceled employment visa and can join immediately. Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 6:00 pm - 2:30 am (Evening Shift)
