Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests.
Respond to guests\' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Manage reservations and room availability.
Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes.
Train and coach front desk staff.
Requirements
Previous Hotel experience in a customer service role.
Working knowledge of Hotel management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
