Be aware of room status and also with the competitor\'s status.
Check credit limit report and discrepancy report and to conduct follow up and necessary action accordingly.
Check the management of "no show".
Ensure that there are ample stocks of all items needed and initiate requisition for supplies running low.
Attends to VIP arrival.
Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty
Be aware about local requirements (follow up and be responsible for the DTCM and Police requirements).
Conducts and attend departmental meetings and training programs
Qualifications
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
