The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all staff functions pertaining to the front office and reception area. ONLY WITH FRONT OFFICE HOTEL EXPERIENCE MAY APPLY Their duties may include:
Greeting incoming guests and visitors
Handling the telephone system and computer systems
Handling some part of the accounting section and some basic administration duties
Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff
Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests\' experience
Handling customer complaints and special requests
Scheduling staff shifts and managing other HR-related tasks
Assessing department personnel needs, recruiting and interviewing candidates, training employees, assigning tasks, providing continuous and objective feedback, and performing performance reviews
