To get our guests\xe2\x80\x99 memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
\xe2\x80\xa2 Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
\xe2\x80\xa2 Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest services
What We need from you:
- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll be easy to talk to
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Fluency in the local English- Russian language skills would be great
- Literate and tech-savvy - you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
