DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Front Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming as well as outgoing telephone calls and emails
Receive and make calls into and out of the office
Maintain a hard copy and electronic filing system
Make sure the reception is kept clean and well organized
Maintain a database of contacts of all potential and current customers
Conduct clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, binding etc
Type letters, company documents, prepare quotations and email customers as well as renters
Record all customers\' enquiries and complaints
Receive and dispatch any incoming or outgoing deliveries on behalf of the various departments
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related course
Previous experience in the same or similar position required
Must have experience in online marketing, Photoshop as well as designing
Should be able to handle the company front office with poise
Hindi and English fluency required
Should be skilled in basic computer packages
Possession of basic accounting experience is a plus
Must have graphic designing experience, any experience in photography, brochure making, flyers, social media, online selling/ marketing , Photoshop will be a great advantage
Experience in designing attractive posts on the company social media handles will be a great advantage
