Job Purpose:

• Client Management - To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Customer Relationship - To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer Retention - Solve customers' issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
