The role: We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk. You will be the face for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. Job Purpose: \xc2\xb7 Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling concierge activities according to guest preferences \xc2\xb7 Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly \xc2\xb7 Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role \xc2\xb7 Answering calls and queries related to potential booking(s) of the residentials services Balancing the accounts from day shift Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs Operating Environment: Knowledge - MS Office Knowledge of Hotel PMS Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1,500.00 per month Ability to Commute:
