Role: Front Office Receptionist

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

1 year Exp in Hotel background

Proficiency in Opera / IDS or any booking software.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere. Use Opera software to handle bookings, modify reservations, and process cancellations efficiently. Respond to incoming calls, providing information about hotel services, rates, and availability. Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments. Address guest requests and inquiries, providing solutions and assistance to enhance their stay. Keep the front desk and lobby area organized, clean, and welcoming for guests. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with hotel policies. Work with housekeeping and management to ensure rooms are ready and meet guest preferences. Offer recommendations for attractions, dining, and entertainment options to enhance guest experiences. Ensure the confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data protection policies. Support hotel operations by performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation. Follow hotel emergency protocols, ensuring guest safety and security at all times.
