Murex Front Office Business Analyst - United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a talented Murex Front Office Business Analyst to join the Global Markets IT Front Office Team of a major Bank and Financial Services firm in the UAE.





This team is responsible for delivering IT services to the Global Markets division, including providing support, managing change requests, and executing projects. A key aspect of this role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support on the trading floor to both traders and control groups.





Qualifications and Experience:


• Strong track record working as a Murex Front Office Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and validating interest rate curves, including Alternative Reference Rates (ARRs).
• Proficiency in at least two asset classes, such as interest rate derivatives, equity derivatives, commodity derivatives, FX derivatives, and structured products.
• In-depth understanding of pricing, valuation, risk management, and sensitivities for exotic products.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Murex Front Office modules, including E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, pre-trade workflows, market data, dynamic tables, P&L Notepad, FDI templates, blotters, and risk matrices.
• Experience supporting Murex version 3.1 with a focus on front office functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and their front-to-back processes.
• Experience implementing both linear and non-linear financial products in Murex.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and effective communication.
